At NJ Home, we take care to ensure that every order is carefully packaged and delivered safely. We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan through established courier and transportation services.

Shipping Methods

Regular products are shipped through PostEx, our courier delivery partner.

For larger items, furniture and certain customized or made-to-order products, shipping may be arranged through Daewoo or other suitable transportation services, depending on the product's size, handling requirements and delivery destination. The shipping method and applicable charges for these orders will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer.

Pick-ups and delivery via BYKEA/In-drive options available for Islamabad/Rawalpindi. 

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders for regular products that are available in stock are dispatched within 2-3 business days of order placement.

Processing and dispatch timelines for customised or made-to-order products vary depending on the product's design, specifications, production requirements and order complexity. In case of any delays, customers will be notified. These are tentative timelines and may vary. 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, regular orders generally take 2–6 business days to reach the customer, depending on the destination city and courier service.

Delivery to certain locations may take longer due to courier availability, accessibility or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery timelines for larger or customised products vary depending on the product, shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery timelines and shipping arrangements will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer.

Shipping charges are borne by the customer and may vary depending on the product's size, weight, delivery destination and shipping method.

From time to time, NJ Home may offer free shipping on selected products, collections or promotional orders. Customers will be informed when a free shipping offer applies to their purchase.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and meet estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

NJ Home will assist customers with delivery-related concerns and coordinate with the relevant shipping provider where necessary.
